Yes, toxins such as mercury in fish are a real concern. At the same time, so are the toxins in soil-grown foods. The pesticides, herbicides, run-off from landfill sites.. it’s hard to know what’s worse. When it comes to fish, the smaller the better. The alternative is to take fish oil supplements. Quality brands source from small fish such as anchovy, and are screened for toxins.
