We need 0megas 3&6 in roughly the same amounts, so nuts are a good and tasty way to get omega-6, as long as you don’t eat them all the time. The problem with the oils is that they are ubiquitous, and highly refined. The refining process includes bleaching, degumming, deoderising and heating to very high temperatures. The result is oxidation overload and inflammation. Best avoided!
