Depends where you are, but generally speaking I would recommend any brand providing at least 1000mg of fish oil containing between 180–200mg each of EPA and DHA. Check with the manufacturer that the product is screened for PCBs and other toxins. Price is always a good rule of thumb, because there are no bargains when it comes to supplements. So if it’s cheap, don’t buy it!
